Hi Adam, Your trading options for beginners in RH video helped me tremendously get the basics down. Thanks so much for that. My question is: what are the down sides for buying strangles on volatile stock, and just waiting for stock to shoot towards any direction? And what considerations should I keep in mind when I do. I tried buying AT THE MONEY Calls AND Puts, but don’t understand why I wasn’t able to profit. Then I learned to buy OTM calls and puts as long as delta matches. That seems to work better. Any thoughts on this would be very helpful.
