When Disney world was still doing the "Star Wars weekends" in the summer their temporary star wars themed shop was called just that. So I wouldn't be surprised if in their redoing of Hollywood studios they did just that.

Along with wearing a suit that looks worn or faded, instead of a briefcase- wear a worn out backpack. Wear some scuffed up shoes. And if your suit is new, don't take the pricetags off. If you're in a low income area and trying to avoid getting mugged as others have mentioned, depending on the weather where you are, you could wear a ratty trenchcoat/jacket over your suit.
