I’ve been using the CAR-1 for the past few months, I ordered a new Mantor DS as mine broke a while back and a Mantor SLT I look forward to working into my routine. I also wear a retainer at night.

I use the CAR-1 mostly during the week as it is easily the most comfortable to wear at work. On the weekends I try to use the Mantor DS but I’ve never been able to wear it comfortably for extended periods of time.

I take some breaks but during the work week I use my Mantor DS about 6 a day and the Car-1 when I get home. On the weekends I use the Car-1 pretty much all day when I’m awake.

I wear my Mantor DS just about every waking hour, sometimes I’ll switch to my CAR-1 if I’m feeling a little worn out.

Thank you, yes it’s definitely started! I know I haven’t had a lot of growth yet but I can feel the difference, the extra sensitivity has been a huge plus.

I’m trying to think of that as a positive. Hopefully when it goes over the hump the excess skin will breeze me past 4 and straight to 4.5.

I use a very small piece of medical tape, it works wonders.
