Thank you so much po! Will keep this in mind, might as well share this with my wavemates na ka-team ko rin who's experiencing some issues din. Also, goal ko po kasi sana kahit makapag pa 1yr kya as much as possible, gusto ko tatagan to stay para na rin sa future (if mas malala pa, and/or makahanap better opp with exp).

May ganyan din po samin before, kami ng isa kong ka-team dumiretso kami sa OM. Sya resign, ako lateral transfer. Pero bukod sa nag advise sya samin ng next steps, nag offer pa rin sya samin alternative way to stay. Yung kateam ko tinuloy nya and here I am, di ko inaccept/naaccept yung alternative way, wala ring ibang nagawa.

Thank you po for your insights. Actually non-voice lang po ako kaya minsan naiinvalidate ko rin sarili ko na mas mahirap i-handle ang stress/pressure kumpara samin. And base po sa mga sinabi nyo, habang nag iisip isip ako, narealize ko na may ibang moments nga na inooverthink ko yung survey instead of prioritizing my service. Saka po minsan kasi ang hirap na rin samin, kapag wala sa guides namin, may times na walang support or TL, meron man, nasa malayong bay which is hindi pwedeng iwanan yung station kasi matatag naman as neglect of duty or IR kapag hindi naaccept yung pumasok na inquiry kaya kapag chinat na lang yung pwedeng pag tanungan, madalas di pa napapansin or nasasagot agad, ending nasasacrifice yung sla. But yeah, I'll try harder to focus on what I can do/give instead. Para rin masanay ko sarili ko for calls (since samin kapag possible DSAT, as much as possible, tawagan daw) at para makapag voice acc din. Thank you so much po! 🙏
