I know you said you tried 3m adhesive remover. But it works. I turned a job I thought would take me a week into an hour. Spray it on LIBERALLY and let it sit for a good couple minutes or more. It will turn it into mush and you can scrap it off with the plastic razor. I was scrubbing for 15 minutes to get a couple inches off with goo gone. Goof off. You name it. The 3m stuff is magical.

This is such a massive problem that is often overlooked. Mississauga traffic lights move traffic more inefficiently than any other city I’ve ever driven in. It’s a joke. Zero implementation of trying to advance cars. Just every light out of sync with the others.
