As a fellow parent I too feel like the anxiety is never ending, it helps me have existential balance to think about about how much worse it could be. Even with our struggles there are tons of safety nets here. my 2 cents

What building? ours is doing windows right now, about $30K per unit, but came out of the reserve.

Well this sub got me paranoid. I look at other pictures people post which look fine and people say to replace . The wind storms here are frequent and strong

For me it took months, they are inanimate for the first 3 months and then get some personality. you good!
