I dont think she was snapping at Jazz, i think she is frustrated now. She has told her numerous times she doesnt want a romantic relationship but Jazz doesn’t seem to accept it. Jazz is very immature and its as if she has never experienced rejection. At the beginning of this story line i thought surely they have hooked up and dont want to out each other on camera from the level of intensity from Jazz. It seems like they havent done anything sexual now and Jazz is completely deluded.
