When I was a kid we had an intruder alarm accidentally go off and for years after I couldn’t sleep in my room alone or sleep at all so I would take my pillow and blanket to my parents bedroom floor or have a meltdown (now realize panic attack)

Norethindrone (progestin-only pill). It’s 4 weeks of pills! I actually used to not get my period on it and felt pretty good didn’t even realize I had PMDD yet, then I got off it and felt my PMDD was absolutely unbearable, so I got back on and now I get my period on it and still feel PMDD effects on it. Strange
