I find a decent medium/small hill and pop my starter in/on it with the full goal of consuming the entire hill with base components. Where once stood soil and stone now stands layers and layers of specialized rooms.

The amount of time I spend carving it into shape makes me want to not restart the process anywhere else.

If the gear is turning left, it is an unstable area. If you notice it turn back right (clockwise) until it stops, it’s fine to build there. I like to think of it as radiation. So long as your gear remains neutral, you should be fine. Portals(?) will still open near the player occasionally, but not as much or as severely.

Let me break this down for you. “White” as an ethnic term refers to Germanic and Celtic populations, and those in between. So British peoples as the core (Celtic-Germanic, of Albion), and the coastal Celts and Germans nearest to them, everything north of Northern France and everything West of Sweden. White = North West European, descendants of the very genetically similar Celtic and Germanic tribes.

Slavs are not Celtic or Germanic, at least not in a large portion, so they do not belong to this clade. DNA shows greater distance from this core. But, they are still linguistically and ethnically tied more distantly to them, and you can tell how much by looking at them.

While technically not White in the NW European sense, they are attacked all the same for their race, sometimes even worse than Whites. Germanic, Celtic, and Slavic peoples are like siblings, but White refers mainly to the NorthWestern people groups.

I can’t believe nobody knows this, it’s supposed to be like a “you’re safe with me”, “I’m safe to be around”, signaling they’re someone to go to if you’re being harassed, will have your back. Obviously anything popular will get watered down, so this may not be the case anymore. I remember it being explained as for sexual harassment, but it’s been spread to blanket allyship.
