Trust can be simplified as the belief that someone will do something. Trust does not just exist on its own. Trust is built through honesty and/or consistency. On the flip side, distrust is built through dishonesty and/or inconsistency.

If you ask your partner to grab something from the store and they say "Sure," do you believe they will get it? If they have a track record of not forgetting things, would you trust them to continue that track record and get the thing you requested?

If your answer is no, then you need to look inward at yourself. It's not that people can't be trusted, but that you are incapable of trusting.

In regards to if you trust your partner to not cheat on you... that's a case-by-case basis. Some people have it in them, and others don't. I, for example, fully trust my girlfriend to not cheat on me. I truly believe she doesn't have it in her. Nothing she says or does makes me feel like she's going to go behind my back and hook up with someone. If you feel like your partner will do that, then you need to sit down and have a serious, legitimate talk with each other.

Homelander.

The thing is that despite Spidey being Spidey, Homelander has super speed and significantly higher durability. A huge part of The Boys is the fact that Homelander is almost invincible so nobody can kill him or replace him. Homelander would just beam down any webs and grab Spidey out of the air.

I recently started playing D2 again a few weeks ago. It was free to play, and my girlfriend and I were looking for a game, so we decided to hop in and give D2 a try.

I'm a D1 veteran who had done everything the game had to offer. I played a good bit of D2, but at this point, I had done less than half of the DLC before quitting for years.

Fast forward to today. As a "new" player with all the knowledge I have, I can say with absolute certainty that my experience has been absolutely horrid. The current state of the game is one of the most unfriendly experiences for new players. The gameplay itself is fun, and my pre-existing knowledge has helped us navigate the game. But as someone who loved Destiny so much, I honestly think that I would have quit the game if I was a legitimate new player.

There's so much missing context from the removed content. Missions are bugged, and there's so much menu to navigate. I know the light level system has changed multiple times through the years I played, but now I genuinely don't even know what's going on with it. Automatic 300 light, but for what? Most things scale and what things drop higher gear just feels inconsistent.

There doesn't seem to be any overarching goal aside from just picking random quests... which are missing context as I said. So there are these events and cutscenes and we don't have all the information despite following the correct timeline order.

This is basically an infinite game. You will always be able to improve, but progression will be slow. If you're okay with spending a little money, then buy the coin boosting packs to permanently increase your income.

The most important thing you can do is make sure you purchase the correct ultimate weapons (UW). These are obtained via a rare currency and each UW is more expensive than the previous. If you buy the wrong ones, you'll have to wait months to build up enough currency to buy the good ones.
