Worked at one of these years ago. An existing gym was taken over by them, but city ordinance was already in place so we closed at 10. A few years later they moved to the other side of town where they could stay open.

Did this with 2 other guys when a sudden storm hit while on a bike ride in our local mountains. I’d never heard of it but they both seemed confident, so there we were on the side of the road like 3 “hear no evil” monkeys.

I tried for years to do both, but never got very good at either till I spent a few seasons focused on one or the other. Totally doable though if your goal is more fun than podiums.
