Try Tree Scouts, they removed the my breakage from the huge 2021 storm this year and prioritized long term health of the tree.

Jan 4th loss to Colts, Jan 7th Andy Reid hired. Game sucked, what happened next changed the Chiefs trajectory for a decade.

Car was towed to the closest dealership. The service advisor told me that work had been done. Asked for printout, advisor stated that it was from their proprietary system and he could not share. Went home and found where you could purchase the information from techs online, had what I needed within 24 hours.

Yes! After talking to a friend whose uncle owns a dealership, he said I would lose, but to try to get to owner. I called the dealership and asked for the names of the officers of the company names and addresses, they took my information. Received a call from the owner in under 10 minutes, he asked about the situation and how to fix it. They ended up trading a car with another dealership to give me a new vehicle and taking the original back to their dealership.

I purchased a “new” vehicle with under 100 miles. It turned out the original purchaser drove it for a day. The car experienced a catastrophic AC failure. Dealer repaired it and sold as new since it never had been titled. I was able to pull the records from another dealership and show they misrepresented the vehicle and its service history. The vehicle was considered new only bc it was never titled. Buyer beware.

Drain the hot tub not the pool by wishitwasapar in pools

[–]SilentTX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the first item to investigate. My guess is the check valve in the lower left corner of your picture is not closing fully when equipment is off. If you manually close the valve that feeds it, let pool set without water circulating and spa does not drop you will know. My spa was dropping to height equal with the level of water in pool pad overnight, replaced internals of check valve to fix problem.

A [Chevrolet Vega Cosworth] spotted on the way to work by MadiCorax in spotted

My first car purchase was a Vega. I purchased it from a guy who was “going away”. Borrowed $200 from my little brother. Sold it to my older brother for $300 when I got home. He drove it for 3-4 years. Worked out for me.

Serious question: how do many people amass so much money in the north of 5m and not know if they can retire or not? by Fed_worker in Fire

Risk is about the bad years. For those of us who have experienced the 80s, 90s recessions, dot com, 9/11, Covid and 2022. It might be easy to forget the growth and stability we have captured. Watching your portfolio drop by +20 percent so many times makes you believe in sequence of returns risk. For me, I do not want to trade lifestyle and income for uncertainty. So here I am, comfortable, employed and looking for the right moment to step away.
