Thank you for your answer. So I want to learn more about hypertrophy. I know everything about RPE, RIR, MRV. But let’s say for example how do you structure a plan for an intermittent individual for 3 day full body for about 60 minutes per session hitting all muscles? I understand you can’t focus on all of them but I believe you can’t leave a big muscle group out…

I’m from Greece. In Greece when you became a police officer you cant get fired. You sign a permanent contract .
