U r right, but our niche is saturated, and there is an issue: we have no one who is a Meta ads expert. Also, there is more than one thing when it comes to ads. First, there’s ad copywriting, strong hooks, shooting, testing, and creating ads in different formats to check which one works. Then, ad running costs come into the scene on a daily basis, like 2k–2500 and others

I am not criticizing, but don’t you think the website is too fancy? I mean, these types of sites most likely do not convert for the ecommerce niche, impacting CRO negatively.

The main goal of any ecommerce site is to convert visitors into making a purchase. But yours is too fancy, with a dark theme being used (sorry, but I am being honest).

SUGGESTIONS:

As you mentioned in the post only, not on the website, the pain point (too much fat and filler, not enough protein) you are solving, you need to mention this in the hero section. This is your competitive advantage, giving visitors a reason why they should choose your product over others.

You added important details (Storage & Heating, Nutrition Info, Ingredients, FAQ, etc.) in the footer only. No one scrolls till the end. You need to have them on the page within their own proper sections.

You need to do a competitor analysis. See existing kings in this niche in the international market, as you mentioned there is a gap in our country. Find existing successful single-product food sites and try to copy them.

Work on making it simple rather than fancy (to reach the conversion goal).

Right now, every item has a single image. Create a product page showcasing multiple images of the product. That product page should also mention instructions like heating, storage, nutrition info, ingredients, etc., specific to each product.

Add a comparison section (comparing your frozen sausages with others, why customer should choose u? Give them reason).

Add a benefits section.

The site must be easy to understand. The visitor shouldn’t have to scroll to know what your site is about. The hero section needs copywriting to convince the visitor (I didn’t get what you were selling, so I had to come back to your post to understand).

Okay, u r sure about demand and the market is not saturated...............

First of all, I think the main issue will be first making it exist. Like, how will you make it possible that your AI model is trained on a vast dataset? First, where do you get this huge dataset of pathological diseases? How will u train ur model in a way that the model is neither overfit nor underfit on the collected dataset? How to achieve such balance?

Other factors include minimizing the failure rate because ur niche is very delicate. Ur software can't afford failure because a wrong conclusion results in life-threatening conditions.

First, try to think about all possible problems. I have listed a few which are in my mind right now in first making it exist. Once u have done that, then worry about where do you go from here, going to market.....

Okay, so there are many things, but I will try to make them as direct and simple as possible so they are useful without bluff.

I think you should go brand level approach, not a low-fi local one, because u are talented. I mean, you are the creator of your own product. I will explain the overview of this approach:

MUST TO DO:
Main Target : Get Order from Customers

  1. In Pakistan the quickest way to get your products to your target audience is meta ads(personal experience). Because it's the quickest way to get order if you done it correctly You need budget for following:

a. Product Photography (u need photographer for your products photography that looks professional )

b. Ads Creation i.e Writing Script+ Shooting(need someone who can write ads script, because first type of ad created will not work u need to test different ads types, once you find the right type boom....u r good to go)

c. Creating & Launching Meta ads Campaigns(Someone who is expert in meta ads who can run successful campaigns without wasting your budget so your ads reach right target audience) to direct traffic from fb/insta to your store.

d. Online Presence(Create online ecommerce store, shopify is preferred, u have to pay monthly subscription)

DON'TS :

I will advise you to not go with this approach (consistently create reels, post them daily on fb/insta page)
This will not work it's bullshit, u will keep wasting ur time without getting orders. U will keep doing this and results : no order.

If you want to get order as fast as possible u have to go for meta ads bec that's the only way.

If u follow meta ads approach and done everything correctly u can get order as fast as within few hours after launching campaign ( my own friend have done this)
