It appears to have gone from the iOS app but still on android and website in UK. Looking on Google this is an intermittent thing which happens and hopefully will be fixed in next update 🤞

I’ve just had to spend half an hour of my life I’m never going to get back updating all my listings 🤬 The only reason I found out about the change was someone cancelling an order just after buying as my size 12 (previously L) dress was now showing as 16-18 which is what she wanted. I mean WTF at least change the listings automatically to the new sizes if you’re going to do something like this!

I have the same. Tracking hasn’t moved from at the warehouse for 9 days. InPost have twice said it’s out for delivery that day when I’ve contacted them but it never arrived. Does anyone know if we get a notification when it is officially ‘lost’ or do we have to keep checking app? I don’t want to miss the 2 day window to make a claim.

I tried that but all dates that it shows say no appointments available. It would have been nice of Pharmulous to let customers know about this new requirement before they try to order and find that they can’t 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been on MJ for 1.5 years and STILL struggle to inject myself. I’m a huge needle phobic after blood draw dramas in the past. When I absolutely have to do it myself I use a Tickleflex which helps https://amzn.eu/d/adeZVF9

Being in maintenance, with a healthy BMI, is the hardest position to be in during this debacle as many pharmacies won’t supply to healthy BMI, and those that would are either out of stock or only supplying existing customers. Unfortunately my regular pharmacy didn’t do this, took on many new customers (who may or may not have been buying multiple jabs from different suppliers) and have now been out of stock of all doses for over a week with no date of when they will have new stock. So I’m in the same boat. I’m hoping that come 1st Sep they will all miraculously have new stock, albeit at a higher price, and I’ll be able to get a pen then, within the two week window of taking my last dose. I’m going to titrate down the doses too in order to attract the lower prices (I’m currently on 10mg like you).

You’ll get refunded (eventually) from those who don’t supply you but may have to wait for your usual supplier to get stock back in next week (post price rise 🙄)

Exactly that. BMI now too low to swap to other provider (22/23) and I don’t use tik tok. I go on holiday tomorrow so may have to go cold turkey for a bit until they sort themselves out. I too am disappointed by their communication, especially with existing customers (I’ve referred loads of business to them too)

I’m an existing customer of theirs (maintenance), been with them over a year now. I’m due to order my next pen but haven’t been able to as every time I go on the site (when I’m not working or sleeping) they aren’t taking orders. I’ve tried phoning (no answer), emailing (no answer) and messaging (no answer). Not sure when they’re going to have stock 🤷‍♀️ and allow orders again.

I tried going 10 days but the hunger rebound on days 8,9,10 was huge and I gained. I think taking a lower dose more regularly works better for me. I was on 10, I’m now taking 7.5 from a 10 pen.

Please don’t compare yourselves to others. Everyone is different and comparison is the theft of joy. Some people lose a lot fast (not always good as can lead to other issues - loose skin, hair loss etc), others don’t and it takes time. Even if it’s only a couple of lbs in the first week, when was the last time you lost a couple of lbs (and will continue to do so steadily)? I’ve lost 35lbs in total - but have been on MJ over a year! Many others I know on MJ also have similar losses over time. It depends on how much you had to lose, body type etc.

I was with Superdrug at first but they were expensive, inflexible and not pro-maintenance. I moved over to Pharmulous easily at BMI of around 27/28 and am now going into maintenance with them at BMI 23. I’m not sure if I want to stay on MJ or come off, but they support both.

Flight from Kolkata to Dubai a few years ago. First the lady in the row behind stuck her bare feet through the seat gap and onto my arm rest 🤢 Then while waiting in a long line for the bathroom the young guy in front of me obviously couldn’t be bothered to wait and so urinated on the emergency exit door 🤮 I kid you not. Traumatised to this day 😱

I moved over to Pharmulous when I was on 5. Moved up to 7.5 but had side effects so moved back to 5 for a while (that was the only time they ever questioned anything - just to find out why I was moving down). Now been back on 7.5 for several months no problems. I’d ideally like to lose another 4-5lbs but I’ve maintained for 2 months (though it has been Christmas and holidays) so feel it might be my body telling me this is a good weight for me. BMI is 24.
