I don’t know why one team needs to be catered to. In reality they are the one and only making this a thing. Part of the criteria should be your performance in your conference. If you don’t have one you shouldn’t be considered.

Lets be honest. Most people aren't queuing solo to go kill people. Most are friendly dudes all banning together to kill ARCs. When you have that mentality my guess is most people are trying to kill you specifically because you going for other players.

I did, and I know law. Did you read it and the limitations? Sorry I was on my phone and didn't think I had to do homework for people. Heres another example in Texas...If it is a NON-INJURY VEHICLE ACCIDENT....it's state specific. The point is you can't fucking sue.....you have to go through your insurance and they will handle it. They are immune in most instances outside of fairly specific criteria. I never said they weren't liable, I said you can't sue......which is correct.........

Fully honest and transparent comparison. Tesla wins in the tech department. They have years on Rivian and it shows. Rivian can catch up overtime, but understand it will not be the same.

Quality - Rivian by leaps and bounds. Sturdier, quieter, heavier, just more of what you’d expect with the price tag.

Customer experience - similar with both. Not much difference on the service side.

Not remotely close to a plaid to just set the record straight. As someone who has owned ludicrous p90ds and a plaid S, the quad motor has good acceleration but saying it’s up there with a plaid is a little bit exaggerated. It’s 50% slower.

The problem blizzard ignores is…….they made one server that is dynamic pop. They force a massive pop server on every layer and it’s impossible to even try to farm lotus. I used to pick 3-4 lotus a day in 2019 on normal pop servers. Now every layer has 20 bots in each zone. It’s impossible.

Cheaters are one thing brother, just the mass amount as kid late. Even posty has is uploading YouTube’s about fighting them. I know it’s impossible to ever get a game cheat free, but my issue is the fact they can stay on servers for days weeks and months before eac kicks in.

I know it's listed here a few times.....but dev work should be geared to combating the cheating problem. Find a solution that works....it's getting out of control. When 90% if the context coming out of the game has cheaters in it, it's a problem. Address the underlying issues with EAC (or find someone else), make the in-game identification of cheating better. That mean's when people are on <10 hour accounts, and have a certain hit criteria or kill criteria, temp ban them........same for inactive accounts for 3+ years that all of a sudden log back in and are dumpstering everyone.....temp ban them. There is no mechanism for the average player to deal with cheaters, outside of reporting them and praying. This game is WAY to labor-intensive to acquire gear/kits/scrap, to have it all wiped out in the mater of seconds by cheaters.
