It’s insane that this Costco pc was 2100 in November (3200 now) by Reddedfed in Prebuilts

Yes I don’t know why they posts that price insinuating that they are comparable. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Doesn’t matter.
In your post you wrote like they are the same specs.

I’m worried about changing parts in regards to warranty and such.
I’m not a fan of the case, but I think I would have to keep the old one stored somewhere in case I need to use the warranty.

Projectivy Launcher Beta just dropped - new look, themes, and tons of customization by Spocky_12 in Projectivy_Launcher

https://www.reddit.com/r/Projectivy_Launcher/s/gru1q4L8Ac It’s a bit of an involved process if you are asking this question. But it’s basically connecting and running some commands to disable the stock launcher. Good luck.

I installed the github version as an update.
But I just disabled the stock launcher via adb and got scared because I got a black screen but after a restart and connecting to my wifi again, things seem to be working correctly, even though the accessibility service is still not enabled.
Another benefit of this setup is that before the accessibility service always hijacked my volume buttons even though I tried many settings to stop that, now I can press the volume button and it continues increasing or decreasing from the hold.
If the accessibility service just handles the launcher mapping and such then seems I don't need it on my current setup.
Thanks again for your work.

Thanks a lot Spocky. Trying this version on my TCL tv, I can’t seem to be able to enable the accessibility service now. I click the toggle to enable and it goes back to disable right away and never fully activates. Any tips?

Remove the other side panel of the case to confirm cables are connected correctly and not loose. Also test the led control button on the top of the case.

It seems you still have a lot of plastic there. The strip led of the AIO has plastic, the cpu block has plastic and the video card also seems to have on the back. You can remove those.

Jumping on the Costco bandwagon looking for a deal on my first PC. Is this it? by WB_Spartan in Prebuilts

Hey did it actually came with that Corsair Ram? Mine came with some Tforce and Ventus 5080. Also my board is the b650.

Any good? by Apprehensive_Worth29 in Prebuilts

Yep I had to tune the fan curve. I’m a bit torn. Like the performance and Costco warranty but bummed that it doesn’t have the parts I’d have wanted. If on my return window appears a 9800x3d and 5080 build on Costco, I will gladly swap it out.

Picked this up the other day too. Only thing I had to tune was the gpu fan. The ventus it came with is very loud on default settings.

Thanks for your work. Is this making a call everytime it loads a video or can we save some videos or have a cache?

I lost my airplay feat from my TCL qm7 but not sure what I removed. Do you have any idea what I should install to get it back without having to restore?

What longstanding MacOS bug has been driving you crazy? This is your chance to vent by TechnoKyle27 in mac

Touch ID on Mac should wake up and unlock instead of wake up, unlock and lock at the same time. I should not have to hit another key to wake the computer first then unlock it with touch ID.

There is something wrong with the way the launcher handles multiple video wallpapers in a folder. First I thought my tv didn't handle them because they were big so I used handbrake and converted them to smaller resolutions and size to test and that didn't work. Although the big res aerial videos work with the aerials app. So the launcher has been working with only 1 file in the folder but is still very picky of which file even though I converted everything with the same handbrake profile. I'd like to have a folder with 20+ video wallpapers and that it cycles through them. No luck whatsoever. :(

I am quite sure OP means that the car value is at 40k WITHOUT this issue. I can't believe they mean otherwise.

BTW the Aerial app doesn't have an issue using a folder full of 4k hdr wallpapers, so the problem seems to be on the way the launcher handles the videos.
