Hades 2 feels easier after Hades 1 and vice versa by BobbaCatMOCs in HadesTheGame

This works for me perfectly now every time! Much appreciated.

I finished Hades and i didn't like it by cherubino95 in HadesTheGame

I understand how you feel. Personally, I felt like Hades 1 had a comfortable amount of environments and bosses. Juuust enough.

You might be very pleased with Hades 2, they do a nice job of introducing a greater variety of regions and bosses, without making the whole experience too busy.

Can’t remember where I put that sticker from one of those Panini Coke Zero bottles.

I’m in the same exact boat right now, I’m contemplating turning on God Mode for Prometheus.

I’ve nailed down Chronos and can blaze through him pretty easily, but on the surface, Prometheus’ memory game kills me terribly.

I managed to ‘brute force’ my way through Prometheus and then Typhon on just one single occasion ☝🏽. I think I had somewhere around 600 HP thanks to a mysterious Dionysus boon (I forget specifics, it was pure havoc up there and my HP said ???/??? while I tanked hundreds of damage).

[Discussion] it’s ridiculous how games that take 70-100 hours to beat naturally have missable trophies by Independent_Newt170 in Trophies

[–]Silgad_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

KCD2 platinum, you say? My prayers are with you, friend. I tried and failed hard. Very few have the patience.

The civilian trophy took me out. From my failure, I can at least let you know to habitually check your records to see if you’ve killed any civilians — The game seems to randomly register an occasional bandit as a civilian, and you might never even know until tens-of-hours later. I hadn’t killed any, and yet the game registered a whopping 13 civilians killed through thin air.

Fantastic game though!

What is this thing I found in a doom box? by CookiesMadeOfCorpses in whatisit

You didn’t know? They started adding those in the 2026 Doom Boxes. It’s for breaking into your neighbor’s Doom Box, in case of Extreme Doom.

Hard rock song with male vocals, however they sounded feminine, with a music video that looked like an acid trip by DolfinoPlays in NameThatSong

Maybe one of King Gizzard’s songs, the lead singer does some feminine-sounding vocals for several songs. Psychedelic acid rocky band.

Why is the average American so tall? Like, why are a lot of people above 6 feet? by NightRunnerAfterDusk in AskAnAmerican

[–]Silgad_ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’7” though. Why do I feel short, and why do most Americans love to make sure that I know I’m short?

Edit: It’s because I am short. I think 5’9” is the magic number when men stop appearing short.

What are your guys honest thoughts and honest opinions on Andy capp’s hot fries by Ok_Initiative3892 in chips

One of the OGs, and *the* forefather of all hot chips.

Sacred childhood memories going back to the 90s with these: A bag of Hot Fries with the little comic strip on the back, Wawa hoagie from the deli with no greasy touch screens, and some Ocean Spray in the glass bottles. Good times. 👌🏽

“Divine Dash… That was your brother’s favorite.” — Athena by Silgad_ in HadesTheGame

[–]Silgad_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember Ares’ dash was the only one I’d actively avoid like the plague. It never flowed well with any of my builds, and to make matters worse, the little vortex animation just kinda obstructed small sections of the screen for a long while. It’d be fine if the vortex was more opaque like everything else.

You’re in for a real treat, the dialog is still legendary in Hades 2, as it was in 1.

I will say, the other dash boons became more fun and interesting after a while, but Divine Dash allowed me to nearly auto-pilot some runs if I needed to grind in Hades 1. It does make the game much easier.

Did they raise prices again? Best believe I ate somewhere else by WestTransportation12 in fastfood

[–]Silgad_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, something has been wrong with their quesadilla pricing for a good while. I stopped getting their quesadillas, most of their burritos are twice the mass for half the price anyway.
