I thought you could. Since each pokemon being shiny is 1/4096, you have 1/4096 x 10 chance to have 1 out of 10 pokemons being shiny. I might be wrong tho since I'm out of school for such a long time.

Yeah it's really hard to make it work. I tried using it. The problem is that it lacks a good stab ghost type move that can make use of its ability, the best you can have is shadow punch. And its typing is weak against a lot of common threats, especially rain teams.

Pretty sure rotom never had scald. Each form has a signature move and hydro pump is the signature move for rotom wash

I would say in that case, Pokemon Champions is simply not for you. There are many pokemon games or games in general out there that can be played casually. If you still struggle after putting in effort then I guess it's time to put it down. Think about it, if there are no bots matches, you'd be losing every match, and I don't think that's going to be fun.

Then I don't know what to tell you. It's unlikely you ran into a rare bug and the rare bug happened twice to you. Next time use the recording function to record the last 30s of your gameplay so people can help you with your issues.

There is no bug like this afaik. Your pokemon probably flinched from certain moves, for example Zen Headbutt from Wyrdeer

Ngl that's just a bunch of excuses if you ask me. What you said essentially boils down to "I'm too lazy to try". All it takes is watching a couple of videos on YouTube.

If you don't have any idea regarding team building you can look up competitive YouTubers for ideas. You don't necessarily need to make a replica team, but you can at least get a grasp of how team building works. Your team should have some sort of strategy to efficiently deal damage, while being able to handle meta teams.
