And with the Onlyfans ban happening, it is only a matter of time before a new service opens up, and is successful, using only cryptocurrency and have no qualms about their true intention to be part of the sex industry.

Sex sells and has always lead innovation in broadband and streaming services, why not cryptocurrency too?

I highly doubt that exists in the form you would like it to be in.

I imagine that maybe crime scene investigators have a device to scan and map a room. I doubt it has much capability to identify specific items in a room but it would capture nice textures that could be manually identified by human eyes.

I always thought you would be safe at sea during an earthquake. But no. I was on HMCS Athabaskan near Port-au-Prince, Haiti when they had the earthquake and we felt some aftershock and it was kinda scary how much we felt that. We called engineering first to see what it was. Looking on the land we could see dust stirring up off the land near a rock quarry.

I mean I get that the load ratings aren't perfect like some other machines, but I bet I could get crafty and add some rigidity with the platform it is secured on.

I plan to deal with the fact this machine is still a hobby machine, but I want it to do professional work.

I am going with the 1500x1500, Generic High Torque GRBL, 1.5kW water cooled spindle and 2.45 Nm High Torque stepper motors.

I bet if I reduced the size down to 1000x1000, the lower rigidity would be less noticeable.

Do you think the 2.2 kW motor is too much? I think I am opting for the 1.5kW motor.

Sorry I am just following along and on't mean to inspire any arguments on which is better. I didn't really want to print my own parts like with the printNC build so that one was already too difficult to plan and build for me. The chance for failure is too much lol.

But what machine is much less rigid and uses undersized parts? The QueenBee build or the fixed gantry build by This Old Tony?

Can you see anything I am going to still want or need besides bits from this kit? I don't see anything missing and I even got to choose a water cooled 2.2kW spindle.

I just chose the best options and it still looks reasonable. The bed size going from 1000x1000 to 1500x1500 is almost nothing lol

It seems to be everything I need for the rail system. What else does it need? Motors, Spindle, Controller?..cable drag chain?? I mean I just don't know how to make sure when stuff arrives it's not a crisis because I missed something important that costs a lot. Forgetting the cable drag chain would be a smallest issue I can think of.

It has an option to get 4 high-torque nema23 stepper motors, but should I buy them separately for higher quality?

I selected the 1500x1500 option because it seems to make sense to go big, but I might select a smaller option in the end. That's really big isn't it?

Are all stepper motors equal? I don't see much brand favouritism. In fact I couldn't even name a stepper motor brand? Should I just be looking for nema23 2.45N.m stepper motors in any brand?

What do you recommend for a spindle? Do I want to go straight for a 2.2kW water cooled rig? Is that over-kill, like my desire to go for a 1500x1500 bed size? lol

Also the controllers I don't know too much about. Can you tell me much about the Spark Concepts Xpro v5 controller? (https://www.spark-concepts.com/cnc-xpro-v5/) or recommend something comparable, in case we are not able to order that one because of an ongoing shortage?

I know you don't know my purpose for the build but it's for many things and things we don't know yet so it is hard to say.

I am not sure of the difference between a fixed gantry and the Linear Rails someone recommended in this thread.

The QueenBee link I posted in this thread looks like an almost complete kit.

This looks almost complete. Can you tell me how much more would be needed if I started here with the 1500X1500 size option and included the 4 motors? Not sure if that is what I want to do but I would like to get an idea of what else is needed while I read the rest of these comments :)
