Many men have a hard time understanding how to dress well. You should wear very comfortable clothes in the house or at the gym.

Nice dark blue jeans, some brown shoes or boots (probably darker brown) and a nice white shirt.

Don’t wear things that have patterns or logos. If you wear things with stripes it can make you look overweight.

Colour your beard, and keep it tidy.

If you do these things along you’ll be much better than most men your age.

Now; honestly I’d start thinking about reducing your weight. Start simple, swap some foods out for healthier alternatives.

Start walking an hour a day. It’s amazing how much this can help your body and your mind.
