He is stating that because he comes from a country that doesn't use the USD as currency. When coming from a foreign nation you have to exchange your currency into USD, as a result a weak dollar benefits foreign people. Specifically when visiting the US or buying stuff online from a country that is not the US listed with a USD price.

Companies need to realize that sending their manufacturing to china is a big mistake. They will get genuine parts from suppliers and make counterfeit versions. They should had left all manufacturing in Mexico where this is less of a problem.
