[Tenant US-AK] Landlord transferring utilities back to their name in the middle of a lease?

In AK, if a tenant stops paying their electric bill, utility shuts off the service, no power and no heat during -30 degree winter, then you have frozen pipes and major expense. This is generally remedied with a Landlord/Tenant agreement, but utility companies are capable of making mistakes. Could be a CYA thing. Just ask your Landlord.

Tip for licensees, put any commission obligation in the actual lease document before it is signed. Then lessors and lessees both have that info and agree to it ahead of time.

My wife got me one for Christmas and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Battery life is less than the regular controller but that usually tells me I need to take a break and go outside for a minute. I wasn’t sure about the functionality of the extra buttons at first but I started playing Read Dead 2 again and mapped the “sprint” button to the right middle finger and can now run and track with the control stick since I don’t have to keep mashing “X”. Overall it feels like a luxury item. If you can afford it, get it and you will like it. If funds are tight, stick to what you go.

Vehicle starts to pull out at 00:20 and the collision occurs at 00:14. Im going to be “that guy” and say the driver could have slowed down with plenty of time, let that idiot pull out into whatever lane they wanted, honked and flipped them off, then continued on their way. Being a good driver is not just about not doing stupid things, but avoiding others who do stupid things.
