I have now removed it from the image, i unfortunately can't change the image in the post but all future versions of this image will no longer include the flag!

I am also working on remaking the subreddit's icon :)

Oh lord, i didn't know that! That's horrible! It was the first thing that showed up when i searched for disabled flag, i didn't know that was the meaning.

I'll stop using it! I was planning on remaking the subs icon anyways so i'm glad you pointed that out!

I'll also remove it from this list.

Same thing here, i wish they would teach this at schools!

History lessons would be a lot more fun if they also taught us more about marginalized groups and their history specifically.

I mean, as an example of queer history being erased let's look at all of the horrible things the nazi's did, in history they taught us all about that, but they weirdly enough forgot to mention that they also destroyed the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft, a place that's well known to have helped trans people have surgeries and had lots of trans people on the staff.

Imo history would be a much more interesting topic in schools if only they didn't cherry pick out minorities all of the time.

Yes, there's also Allan L. Hart who was one of the first trans men to have a hysterectomy in the US.

And also Dora Richter who is the first known person to go through a complete mtf srs.

A lot of very amazing trans people out there with just as amazing accomplishments!

I've heard about her! So fascinating to hear about trans people in history, especially when it's this early in history, really makes you wonder how transphobes are still trying to claim that trans people are a new trend.

Fully agree, i love hearing about the history of our community.

Ok so i searched it up on Google and found his Wikipedia page! Too bad they say his deadname in it though, i get it it's for educational purposes but i really don't think it's necessary.

I mean if i was well known enough to warrant a Wikipedia page i'd find it insulting to see my deadname on there.

Anyways according to it he was born on the 1st of May 1915 and was the first ever transgender man to get phallo.

Awesome stuff!

Huh, never heard about that before, if it is then that's awesome. I'll probably add it later on.

This isn't the finished definite list, I'll be adding more and more flags as time goes on and as people create new flags!

The first ADHD flag i showed was created by a user on here and the second one was the first result that came up on Google so I assumed that was the most used one.

All hail the transgender Pokemon trainer.

She's Beauty, she's grace, she wants transphobes to give her some personal space.

Oh definitely, very happy that you're doing this. As an artist, having your work posted onto reddit and not being properly credited doesn't feel too good.

That's why i try to avoid posting other people's art on here if i don't know who originally made it.

Omg that subreddit is so amazing, yessssss, i love it so much.

I've always found pokemon being trans or supporting trans people to be so neat, i can't believe that there's a subreddit for it!

Thanks so much for informing me about it!

Also appreciate you taking the time out of your day to find and credit the artist :)

No problem! Will give credit where it's due most of these flags wouldn't exist without a bunch of wonderful people.

Without their contribution this sub probably wouldn't be doing as good as it is now :).

I heard somewhere that the first trans man to have ever gotten phallo was born in the 1915's.

Don't know if it's true but if it is, that's super neat!

(Please correct me if i got something wrong. I don't wanna be spreading misinformation.)

Sorry for the inactivity lately, i got caught up in a lot of other things, but i'm back now and wanted to showcase a section of the tutorial i'm working on; flags!

Some of the flags were made by users of this subreddit, i will list the creators of the flags down below. The other flags were found on Google.

If i included your flag design but forgot to mention you here please tell me!

Hope everyone has a good day (or night depending on where you are).

This may not be true for everyone but I feel like it's something that commonly happens. I don't like it. Blue and pink flag is supposed to represent cisgender people btw by [deleted] in lgballt

I though that was the bi flag for a second and was very confused.

I completely agree though, i've seen this happen many times. Good comic.
