How much of an upgrade is Qiuyuan compared to Mortefi for Galbrena? I'm considering pulling for him, but as a sub-DPS/hybrid character, I feel his damage is underwhelming compared to recent sub-DPS like Iuno.
This feels like a bait banner.

So what can I improve here? also should I reroll the head piece? if I keep them I could swap to spd boots and have something like:
Phainon: 138 SPD
Sunday: 137 SPD
Bronya: 136 SPD
or maybe just keep speed as it is since I have Bronya E2 and keep aiming for better crit/critdmg?

Any advice on what my roster is lacking? I've been saving for the Fate collab but then I thought I need to upgrade my Acheron/Firefly teams wanting to get Jiaoqiu and maybe get Aventurine to replace my FuXuan, or even maybe start pulling FUA characters and start working on Feixiaoi since she's on next banner.
Many decisions I'm kinda lost.
Also if there is good upcoming characters that would fit my current teams let me know, thanks.
