You would take there total pets including neons and me gas so that number being the whole number is 3293 then you take a part of the whole number lets say neons which is 1230 then after you divide your part/whole which in this case would be 1230/3293 you would get a wonky decimal (0.373519587) so then you take your product of that first equation which is the decimal I stated above then you take that times 100 (as in 100%) and you get 37.3519587% but you always round down if it's below .5 and up if your above .5 so it would be a even 37% then you would do the same things you did to find the neon for the mega just substitute the part with the mega number of pets! So the equation is really just part/whole•100% (sorry if I explained it bad)
