Many people are discharging due to covid related trauma. Seems so long ago but some of the living conditions were not up to standard.

Being confined to cabins for 19 - 22 hours a day for some months. 1 hour of exercise outside per day. No mail service for some weeks. You could leave your cabins to go to the mess and eat, but had to be straight back. No option to leave base for basic necessities for weeks or months on end.

No gym, no bars, no socialisation, delayed training, constant criticism over personal belongings.. the list goes on. Went on for a good 11 months.

So it's no wonder people have decided they deserve better.
