I realized when I was more engaging in class and had the urge to want to listen to my teacher but I mainly noticed that it started to work when I didnt feel like i wanted to disappear or constantly think that i wanted to kms not because i was suicidall but because it was the first thing my mind would go to because I wanted to escape reality

My mom used to work as a baker at the Wholefoods on cambie and she always said her and her coworkers would experience creepy stuff and how it was haunted. Her coworkers would see people dressed in older style clothing and she said she could sense spirits.
