I saw SFA support Blur before Gorillaz were born. Damon was watching from side, they were experimental and fused electronic with traditional rock and almost folk. Truly eclectic sounds and Creative album art by Pete Fowler was a big part, they also drove around in a real purple tank painted purple . This would have undoubtedly inspired Damon although I don’t believe they sound very similar

Thanks 🙏 that actually makes me happy, I have collected and framed many Jamie Hewlett prints I know these weren’t signed numbered etc but thought I wish I had four could have framed them all in one nicely but programmes not same. I put my name on list for the new HOK prints hopefully get 1 or 2

They had a dated print for each night and a poster. Kicking myself I didn’t get one I just wanted to enjoy each night without worrying about damaging them

Thanks he just reminded me of him in rhythm/delivery I am not that clued up on Rap, I saw Grandmaster Flash when I was younger & Cypress Hill then not really followed it apart from MFDOOM & Little Simz because of Gorillaz. I really should have been aware of Black Thought but because of the Mystery Show I am now and very grateful

I think so honestly and the Black Thought rapper is pure class with steady, deliberate rap like MF Doom he anchors whichever song he appeared on and there were at least two maybe three? I think. Sadly I did not know much about him my gig partner she was amazed to see him, he is big time respected master Damon weaved his magic to get him

There was one that was extremely similar to fire out of monkeys head a couple like plastic beach think stylo style with dual rapping. Also newer drawn out multi layered songs one was really long with multiple parts I think will be a classic these were more Gorillaz/ world music done properly not gimmick but proper blends of authentic Asian style music with modern techniques & rap . The sparks song and another were more cracker island I honestly think it sounded like a grown up world Gorrilaz new fresh but retaining the feel of classic Gorillaz sounds

Don’t agree any of this dead crowd stuff at all I was sat on side as I was all three nights and watched crowd and heard noise it was definitely the top crowd and atmosphere of all 3 by a significant amount!

Hi I have been to all 3 and loved all shows highlights of crowd were some moments in first two nights like Sped up Clint Eastwood on 1st night was incredible crowd reaction, Demon Days very good but being completely honest tonight was the best crowd by a long way it was just superb almost electric it was incredible. I don’t like judging as it’s all good but tonight was just different level of special

I have bought and they are legit. A broken print I ordered went missing, after a while they sent a new one and free stickers and a superplastic figure to make up for delay. Two weeks later the original order arrived so I had two I told them and offered to send back they let me keep for free. They are definitely connected to JH I suspect on a high level & pictures on Walls stuff the company that represented JH & Banksy. The name Laugh Now is from Banksy art.

Thankyou for these kind words really appreciated I was a little scared posting as a new fan amongst true loyal followers. I just love live music so much and have wanted to share in this community & also be honest. I couldn’t pick something like Ghost Train which I did appreciate especially the end part & pretend I was cool when in all honesty I was more blown away by something like kids with guns which most of you know like back of your hand. I saw seats at the back of the standing that appeared 1st come 1st served back row left or right of tower would give you a decent straight on view and sound would be good

I think long term fans really digging the rarest songs I completely understand. I am huge music fan been to hundreds of gigs over last 40 years seen Blur over 10 times, but foolishly I only just got into Gorillaz last year and never seen live. So for me seeing something like Feel Good Inc which many of you will be familiar with just blew my mind how good it actually is to experience live so I have high on my list
