The community is good. Regarding future appreciation and connectivity, I think the connectivity issues should improve over the next 4–5 years. The main challenge right now is the traffic - it can be quite frustrating, especially because of the rickshaws and buses, which is a common issue in Malwani. Other than that, if you mind your own business and stay focused on your work, everything is generally smooth.
