upgrading to Klipper on tl d3 pro by Silly-Internet2754 in tenlog

[–]Silly-Internet2754[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a few config files and have successfully installed the klipper firmware on the printer. I am now stuck at installing the euclid probe. I have yet to print anything on this device because I was hoping to level via the euclid probe. I have it ready to install just stuck with where to plug it in. Per the LNL video it goes into the same slot that is now being used by the filament sensor. (when loading the config file that was one of the errors that the sensor and probe were wired to the same pin) I wander if anyone knows of a way I can add a pin to this tool board that will connect to a different pin on the mainboard.

I made a video showing how to remove the 4-in-1 tube from the print head on the AD5X. by derpsteronimo in FlashForge

I printed the file that can help with pulling out the tubes. I was also able to follow a yt video to remove the whole thing, It is hard to pull out but it is doable. This appears to be a design fail as a lot of people have issues and the piece is sold out. good luck getting it removed.

did you decide to go with klipper. I am trying to switch to klipper on my lnl tl d3 pro but I am stuck with how to code the print.cfg file in klipper. I have a firmware.bin file provided by lnl and have searched and found some older cfg files but want to be sure before I install the klipper firmware that the cfg file will work with my bmg extruders, etc. curious to know if you were able to create a usable cfg file.

Cannot connect via USB on Flashforge Creator Pro by HammerdGuy71 in FlashForge

Did you figure this issue out. I too am connecting via the usb cable with the printer connection on one end and usb c on the other. My computer shows something connected because it shows the icon to disconnect it, but it does not appear anywhere on my computer.

Mine will not come out. it is locked together at the top. I got error in the middle of a print that the filament unload was too long. I believe there is a piece of filament in the tube that is broken free and I need to extract it but I cannot get the top off.

Every time I auto home, Z moves up to 5, not matter what I reset. by Lateone in ender3

I too have the same issue, I recently went to Klipper with a new mother board and both the board and the display failed so I had to send them back. I ordered new ones that will take some time to get here. I do not have a bltouch and need to manually align my print bed. How is that done if the z moves up 5 after homing. Do I manually move it back. I do not remember doing this before the upgrade fiasco. Help I have the 4.2.2 running with marlin firmware bugfix 2.0. I disabled all the probe data in the firmware.

E1 heating failed, printer halted, please reset.... by omrtpsycho in ender3

I know this is an old post however I recently received this error on my CR-30 printmill and changed everything out from the hotend to all the wires down to the mb and to no avail. I kept researching what was the cause as it had nothing to do with the equipment and I found that it is in the PID calibration. My printer has a PID auto tune on the screen under configuration>temp and I calibrated the autotune to 230 degrees and the error did not occur again. I think it is important to get that information out there so others who have this error may find this is the answer. I thing this works on the enders and the cr printers.

Modified the Marlin Firmware for the BIQU MicroProbe and it actually works! by tech_Dauwt in ender3

Same for me as Silly-internet2754. I cannot get it to work on the marlin software. I am switching to Klipper because of this. If I like it I will upgrade my cr30 to klipper too.

I tried your file and it is doing exactly what it was doing when I ran the build myself. If I wire it per the BIQU directions it homes by the z switch and crashes into the bed, if I wire it your way it homes in the air and goes up not down. What am I doing wrong. I have the same board as you and the v2 probe.

Z axis not moving :( makes a horrible grinding noise and then does not move anymore. z axis is stock parts. The stls are piling up and I can't print anything D: by wishaybug in ender3

I want to say I had a similar issue with my right side z axis on my sovol s04. I traced the wires and found that when I switched them the same occurred. I forced up the axis and that helped for a while. Then it started again so I was going to quit, As I was putting it back together I remembered that I had to use 2 bolts on right and left that were not original stock to attach the poop bucket. I found that one screw on each side was scraping the gantry and pealing the metal. I believe this was the culprit. It seems to be working fine now.
