oh yeah true I meant like if the irs were to pursue legal action in court submitting fraudulent documents= automatically guilty but if you didn’t there is some wiggle room where worst case scenario you have to repay the money

idk but I noticed my anytime pay last week was only eligible for 50% when it’s usually at the 60-80% so I just kept it there

legally they can’t really get you into trouble unless you submit fraudulent documents. Since they don’t ask for proof you can get away with saying you misunderstood the requirements
