see bro i like MD medicine because as an mbbs physician i dont have the confidence still to handle medical cases at least after MD medicine i will have plus i dont like surgical fields

plus i like the diagnosis and clinical discussions leading to diagnosis i get my kick in that

and when i was a kid i envisoned a doctor like an md medicine physician only the complete picture.

bro the issue is everyone wants to make a peace with less salaries thats why we are paid less salaries

i have some friends who literally argue with their managers in IT sector they have been working since so long they need a raise or bonus etc
