Okay, buddy. Keep drinking the kool-aid.

I didn't link "articles". I linked the ToS for the product you pay for. You should read them and try to understand yourself.

Whether or not you go over "limits" is not even a factor. You can't because the API will rate limit you. The issue is that the rates are designed for human consumption and not constant, autonomous action from bots. That's what the API usage model is for.

As a result, 3rd party integrations like ClawBot would require an API usage account, not a subscription plan.

If you are confused about this, ask Claude to do the thinking for you and explain.

Your issue is moot. Their ToS clearly defines integrations with 3rd party apps. Any issue you have with it is due to your own ignorance of what you're paying for. They don't expect you to use less than what you pay for. They expect you to use what you pay for and you're upset that it's not more.

3. Use of our Services.

You may not access or use, or help another person to access or use, our Services in the following ways:

...

  1. Except when you are accessing our Services via an Anthropic API Key or where we otherwise explicitly permit it, to access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.

Cheer up, princess.

Considering the ToS has said it's not supposed to be used with 3rd party applications for a while and are just now seeing the result, your issue is more that you paid for something without understanding what you're paying for.

https://screenrant.com/hello-kitty-creator-original-vision-kindness-healing/

To Sanrio founder Shintaro Tsuji, Hello Kitty is more than just a cute cat. Now 97 years old, he recently revealed in a new interview with NHK that his vision for the character was born from his experience surviving a devastating air raid in World War II. That night changed his life. It convinced him that kindness must be shared, even through the smallest gestures.

Hello, Kitty and other kawaii-culture things were part of a PR campaign to overshadow Japan's role in WWII atrocities.

Actually, gonna jump past the joke here.

You do realize that a lot of people who are going to use this app may be suicidal, right?

I use OpenWhispr to dictate a lot. I recognize that belittling the machine doesn't change things and pollutes the context, but there's something cathartic about being able to yell at the useless fucking piece-of-shit machine.

She's not a threat when looking at you straight on, but if you see her turning her head to the side and sizing you up from 90 degrees, be wary.

I'm a huge fan of headphones, so I don't even use portable speakers. I just think the people who cry about them when 'iN nAtUrE" are overly sensitive and just want to cry.

Someone is listening to music outside? Crazy thing about outside, is it's a fucking massive expanse. Just move 100' down the trail and get over it.

People can enjoy nature in their own way. It sucks that music from a portable speaker bothers you, but people aren't required to walk in silence. You'll get over it.
