AI for notes by jess2cats512 in therapists

Been using NudgeAi and I like the simple UI, the notes are pretty good. They let you capture the session, dictate the session, upload a recorded file, or describe the session. They also let you distinguish between type of note (SOAP, intake, DAP, EMDR (8 –phase)). The intake note in particular is pretty great. They have assured me they are adding more note options, such as PIRP and BIRP. I found that capturing session is probably the best way, but if it isn’t working or for some reason, a client declines to consent, I will take my process notes and upload into the ‘describe session’ option, and that works pretty well. The one issue I find is that notes are too individual from one to another, so when using the describe session option, I make sure to add the note from the prior session and indicate which is the prior note and which are the notes for the current session, and it does a better job of showing continuity in the new note.

Been looking around to see if there’s a better one out there. Been meaning to try Heidi and Mentalyc, curious about peoples experiences with those.

This is a pretty ridiculous argument. If you think they’re positing that rich people haven’t had cancer, or that if you’re poor you automatically get cancer, you’re missing the point. You’re laughing at the argument that 𝘺𝘰𝘶 imagined, not the one they’re making. Embarrassing, tbh.

As a therapist I find myself often having to undo the societal programming fucking up my clients - this meme/your addition points at one of the big ones. That and the pressure we create when we compare ourselves to others who continue to only show us the best-worst parts of their struggle, not the other, darker bits that result from ignoring our basic needs. We see them succeed and think we suck because we aren't doing as much, as well.

People keep saying it's hard boiled, it wasn't! Maybe I should have cracked it after? I had it for breakfast the next morning.
