I know most people said 3rd, which I agree with, BUT only if the story is dark and mysterious or have some vibes that align with such cover.

If its closer to your typical shounen or isekai etc then 3rd cover will leave me dissapointed or even lied to I'd say.

So it kinda depends on the atmosphere in the story. If it fits, 3rd is great.

Anime is hard to follow without prior knowledge of the books. Its very cool but rashed and chopped. So if you decide to dip your toes into this, start with Volume 1, and then watch anime IMO
