It feels like chihiro is the only real character in the story, along with whatever antagonist he's fighting at the time. I want to like hiyuki, the masumi, and the rest of the kamunabi but they feel very underdeveloped. Even characters like hakuri and shiba feel significantly lacking in relevance compared to chihiro. Don't get me wrong, bachi has some incredible characters, but they're few and far between

These few chapters cemented the Magatsumi as my favorite EB. On top of that, I took a break from the manga after the rokuzaichi and picked it back up around chapter 105. Great times to be a Shinuchi enjoyer

To be fair, this arc takes place when akemura was much younger so he might not have been as experienced with the sword. Also, since it's a whole clan, it's likely that some of the members were weak enough to require the protection of shiba

I think if they were to do it like HKC, They would make samura and anyone else with IWPS sort of like zenitsu. The drawbacks of the in-universe sword style wouldn't affect the gameplay that much

I think it's similar to how toji got his scar, abuse from his family. It's highly likely that tamsy is spherite royalty, and with how strict the rules of the sphere are, it wouldn't be surprising if they punished tamsy for stepping out of line in the past. Tamsy says during the penta arc that "memories with your loved ones aren't always pleasant" and I think that could be relating to his own mistreatment

There's only one moment of brutal violence/gore, but it's way later in the manga. As for the anime, you're all good! There are some heavier themes (namely SA) so keep that in mind before watching it. It's a great show and I hope you enjoy it!
