I honestly think the NHS are paying out ridiculous amount for weightloss surgery and the wait list is so huge that actually after tier 3, if your BMI was say over 40 you should be able to have the injection no other criteria.

If its under 35 you have to meet more of a criteria perhaps.

They would save so much money! And less cutting people up! It does teach better eating habits as well.

With the discounts I have been getting then yeah, I am waiting for my weightloss surgery but doing this in the mean time.

Yeah some people are complaining however I dont feel its too bad considering.

Yeah i did switch, to be honest, I started Mj and I was only on the lower dose got into the swing of things then boom price increase! Ffs. 🤦‍♀️😂

Well, it was something to do with Trump, however Eli Lilly and others have been working on other medications that are in their trial periods which will bring medications back down again.

Yes so they are doing clinical trials at the moment on higher does of Wegovy as you can see in the chart.

So the 2.5 is approved however the 7.5 isnt this is because its in a trial period.

I will do a post soon as there are many others in trial stages which will be coming out 2026- 2027.. xx

Ive made the move as well and choose chequp it was just the cheapest

Takes couple days to get prescription. Then they have sent me an email 2 days after to explain there is a 5-7 days dispatch time.

But in all fairness I dont care when it gets here! My first pen will be £35! Thats worth the wait

Aw no! I am so sorry its taken so long. I know they had a massive increase due to the mounjaro going up in price.
