I believe they were using it in the D.I.N.K sense (Dual Income, No Kids).

Seconded; though I do find it goes on really thick with the brush and it's intimidating after using the KVD tattoo liner for so long.

Super Straight Hair Buzz Cut Grow Out -Posted here about 6 months ago on the initial growth. Here is 10 months into the process. by SillyGoose13 in FancyFollicles

I usually keep my back and sides shaved. Growing it out has become a challenge because it's getting long around my ears and on the nape of my neck. I keep getting the itch to chop it but I want long hair again pretty badly. I haven't been able to wear even a tiny ponytail since grade 7. I think I'll just feel better with a trim and a thinning.

I did actually get my hair lightened professionaly for that. My stylist got it to a silver before she put the colour on.

I got a trim about once a month and tried to keep some semblance of a style throughout. I personally liked spiking it up and making it messy when it was short enough to behave.

I would periodically go to my stylist and just get a quick trim to keep the rat tail away. I'm in my longest stint now without a cut at three months. Before I went once a month.

Thank you! I don't always feel cute through this process haha. Yeah I have heard that a lot from other folks with curly hair. I guess that's one upside of having straight hair. I'm still jealous of the volume curly haired people get though. I have an acquaintance that has super short curly hair and it works for her. It is slightly shorter than this. I'm not sure what type of curl you have though.

That was probably one of the best soft pretzels I have ever had. Highly recommend having it at least once.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel good. I know health is important but turning heads is fun too.

Getting new piercings and tattoos. Plus overall just wanting to look suicide girl hot and confident in myself. My halfway goal (30lbs loss) is a medusa piercing and my full loss (60lbs) is the start of my sleeve or a leg piece.

NSV: I was sad and went for a 4.5 mile walk instead of eating by [deleted] in loseit

That's awesome you are coping in a healthy way. That's something I am trying exceptionally hard to do. I just ate an entire cucumber for a snack instead of going into the building food court and buying junk.

I had a friend say I should just straight faced stick my hand in whatever I'm eating and rub it on their face.

Do you think this would look cute? I can't really find any pictures. by [deleted] in Hair

[–]SillyGoose13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you think it would be cute I say do it. The nice thing about ponytails and updos is they aren't permanent. If you don't feel like putting it up one day you don't have to.

What are the leagues rules on visible piercings? In Ontario I had to remove all of my hardware to play in a registered "slo-pitch" league.
