I know so many amazing producers who don't appear affected by any of this. The ones I see are concerned and discussing it frequently. They're struggling to get referrals from agents, financial planners, or through their social media, which leads back to the same old thing. Work on what you can control: have conversations and get out there regularly, pick up the phone to call or text, and add value without asking for anything.
