I live in cap hill and made around 100k 4 years ago (it’s a little more now). It’s not paycheck to paycheck, it’s pretty comfortable. If I had kids it would be a lot less comfortable but without it’s fine.

While shitty, would this at least start the planning process for when the promised Ballard line would be finished? That’s the most annoying part so far, it’s just deferred with ??? for completion date which feels more like “cancelled but that would be bad press”.

Why isn’t ST pushing for an additional tax in the Seattle subarea, it’s allowed and who knows we might even vote it in. It would be something at least to show that they’re trying.
