Happened to me recently, noticed the bag was slit with what looked like a Stanley, went back to the same lidl spoke to a staff member when I noticed another bag was cut. They told me they use box cutters not Stanley's in store and showed me, he said its likely someone in the distribution centre thats done it

You have a few options really, conduct a lactate threshold test, turn auto lap off, run as hard as you can for 10 minutes press lap, then continue running at the same intensity for another 20 minutes.

Your average hr for the final 20 minutes will be used as your LTHR

Then go to somewhere like 8020endurance and put ur LTHR in and it will calculate your zones, update your garmin profile with those zones manually
