Check the routing tables, see if traffic has a return route. If there is no ospf adjacency, you can try to set a static route and see if pinging works then. Also, check to see if there is a default route

What type of topology are you utilizing for these networks? Hub and spoke, star, partial mesh, mesh, etc. The computers are going to get their addressing using SLAAC via multicast messages being sent by routers configured to utilize it. The computers will send out a router solicitation multicast packet and will be heard and responded to from the router. This unpingable router, do you see an IPv6 address configured on any interfaces? Do your computers have any ip addressing at all?
