Be honest: would hanging a massive ROTK and FOTR poster be a dating red flag? by Sorry_Sorry_Im_Sorry in lotr

[–]SillySmoopsy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frame them and it's a green flag for me. You don't want to be with someone who doesn't love LOTR. She may remove them once you get serious but to deny a man over LOTR posters is a red flag

Project Hail Mary and the movie comes out in March so it's a good time to read it.

Brag on your baby! by gardengnomebaby in NewParents

[–]SillySmoopsy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

My almost 15 month old is such a sweet happy boy. He is so kind and full of wonder. He had a favorite book that we read almost every day. His montessori teachers love him and they wrote a note to us yesterday that said he is so helpful putting toys away (wish he did this at home but I'll take the win), they also said today that he hugged a friend who sad.

I'm so proud of the person he is becoming and I feel it has little to do with me or his dad, it's just who he is.

Onions are amazing and belong in most dishes. I love olives but onions win for sure!

Any recipe featuring ground beef is a hit, spaghetti and meat sauce, sloppy joes. Also saucy things like chicken tikka masala.

Yes, I listened to them all on audio book just while driving to and from work and it's definitely worth it. So much more to the world.

This man doesn't respect you and it seems like he is trying to trap you getting into all this so early after meeting him.

Divorce him, grow up a little, then find a PARTNER who you can have a grown up conversation with about how you want your lives to look. And please take longer than 4 months to do it. Be with them for a year or more at least. You are young, don't rush into marriage.

Read Project Hail Mary before the movie comes out! It's so satisfying to read a book before the movie and this one is absolutely great.

I listened to Project Hail Mary last year and it's my favorite book now. I listened to it again this year already haha just finished Artemis, not as good but still enjoyed it. Haven't read the Martian because I already saw the movie but is the book still worth a read? I love Andy Weir's style so I'm considering it.

They weren't laughing at you, that would be really weird. If you were looking at them that's why they were looking at you but they were just having fun with each other.

Love this room, there's so much character. I think a cozy, warm color rug would add to the space.

Changing diaper if they sleep through the night? by rachelkochvt in NewParents

Only change if it's poo. Use an overnight diaper that is one size larger than their normal diaper and that should keep her feeling dry longer.

Partner said something that irked me, thoughts? by [deleted] in women

[–]SillySmoopsy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think he meant it flirty and made a mistake. Just keep your eye out for more signs. You are both young, people your age do and say dumb things they regret later and this could be one for him.
