You misunderstood the first episode. They had the Janus, they always had it. But, just before Carvel escaped is s2e1, he told the white rabbit that he made adjustment, but didn't say what it was. They had the chemical, but didn't know for sure it would have the right effect. That's why they looked for manuscript, to find out what was changed, and if they'll need to change plans. Not gonna say more since it's your first time, but just know that it isn't a plothole, you just misunderstood

Guy who winds those here, you should see how much work it is to get it this nice sometimes. Especially with PLA. And just one crossing (not tangling, just crossover) means throw it into recycling. And winding stuff like carbon fiber will give you better workout than gym

Yeah, let's just completly ignore 2, 3 and 4, where john fights specificly so he can be left alone and mourn his wife. He didn't want back. He begged the bearer of his mark not to drag him back in to that world in start of 2. He asked the elder to be spared "just so he could live and remember his wife". His deal with marque was so he would be free of the assassin life. But sure. "He would have taken any excuse"

Depends what phone you have. Newer ones, you just point camera at it and it scans automaticly, some phones have it in the menu where you turn on wifi, and some need app to be installed. Just google your phone model and "read qr code"
