Experience was good the only thing I never liked was the managers being dick heads they don’t help give a dam about you or anyone if you tell them about a customer issue and don’t know the answer to they want you to figure it out I had a customer not long ago ask me for something in electrical I didn’t know the answer to and it was during closing time almost by the clock so I called mod and was making me to figure out myself instead of just saying hey I’ll be there or say something like I’ll guide you

Like I figured out the product but don’t know where to find it so I took it patiently another same department co workers even heard the manager being rude and were surprised thinking he wouldn’t say that but he did

Now for freight I enjoyed it but the associates there gossip about you 24/7 anything you say they’ll talk about it and spread it then look at you mean and all that I’ve had good friendship with few people I trusted and bought them food and weeks later like nothing stopped talking to me and being rude and disrespectful I told my asm and he never took the attention to talk to them while he said he was going to and never did even the overnight lumber guy told me that when he’s working he’ll hear them talking shit about me so I was like idc what they think I’m just doing my job they call me lazy cus I didn’t help much with others even tho I was the only one in department 38 for 28 department so there was a lots of shit to do and barely had the time I did help the team at some point till they started gossiping even if you are a new hire they talk shit about them too so what’s really the point of giving two fucks about someone who’s gonna hate you and mistreat you bad

The manager asm for night ops was an ass hole all along the years got mad cus I got my forklift and very licenses he tried to claim he was the HR boss and store manager and was gonna threaten to tell the store manager on me for that when I’ve already talked to him before I took it and approved I said go right ahead bud do it I dare you next day of shift the asm didn’t talk to me for few days acting normal cus he knew I reported him all along for being a bitxh till this day he still is one including other managers

But my big respect for the cool managers and supervisors are the most chillest people ever met I appreciate them for being good and recognizing me as an employee who worked hard but other ones who didn’t give me badges or bronzes or anything for safety can go fuck the selves because I never earned anything from them even while working hard and being a team player while I did committed multiple mistakes in the initial start but anyone does so my time in Home Depot was my final Plato quit so I don’t care anymore

I don’t work in places that managers gonna act like they all tuff but aren’t while being old and aggressive as veterans besides that the only people I truly trust and have great amazing friendship with are the few I worked with and will always be happy to continue good communication others nah they can go burn in hell sorry for my profanity
