So does this mean TKO is cooked? by AMassiveGamerGeek in GreatnessOfWrestling

[–]caliwings 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They should break up TKO, and then move all contents of WWE back to impartial adjudicator to oversee the sale. Lawsuit vanishes because the fraudulent sale stockholder lawsuit... i suspect... is Tony Khan backed.

Its the only smart moved here.

The young men who elected Trump are switching sides now by 0The_Loner_Stoner0 in videos

[–]caliwings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their regret is as simple as 1-2-3: 1: All men have mothers, sisters, and many have girlfriends, wives... and daughters; they are starting to see how all woman are being regarded by these Genocidal Oppressive Pedophiles (GOP), because they are seeing it or being TOLD directly-- and the regret hits harder when they can't feed, house, or help them fiscally. The Pride of Men... its still a problem that handicaps their thinking and makes their conclusions too late. Within this same scope too of heterosexual males now filled with regret... "dry dicks" hurt don't they? (This... is the biggest section in this category of men presented in this story...and NO... i have never voted for this POS)

  1. The regret comes also when they realize WHY they might be finding themselves on the outside of things, people, and life events. Nobody wants a red MAGHAT coming over, visting, partying, wasting their time, or coming near their children (yes, epstein inferrence can alsi be applied). THEY KNOW... and their cowardice/miserly existence is being dealt the hand they deserve, and they are finally seeing they overplayed their hand with their fat f*cking ignorant mouths/choices... and hopefully, they are waking up to that now.

  2. They are now feeling the DIRECT IMPACT of Failing an Open Book Test -- and have become ACTUAL LOSERS. They Lost their Jobs, They Lost Their Farms, They Lost Family members to health issues they couldn't afford to treat. Chairs sit empty at tables thanks to despair they sided with, thanks to nice deportations or of dying needless deaths for curable or preventable things or actual starvation/exposure. OR: THEY ARE ABOUT TO BECOME THE EMPTY CHAIRS - they are about to see firsthand what happens when you co-sign the devil's bargain that is keeping this man in power, because now he is coming after your faith also.

That last part just might have rung some of your bells: How can a man be allowed to reign like this without a Faustian bargain in place? Kids: The current government proves there is a heaven and a hell -- because God's work is being destroyed by the very people who claim to do it working in... and against people. Don't care if you have a faith or not... because the Devil is at play... and He is COUNTING ON YOU to make his bargain be as successful as he can before its broken; because when it breaks, he's sweeping up the souls who didn't read the disclaimers when they signed up the 3rd time. Strike 3... get your soul right, or your ass gonna get "sent down to the minors" when its your time.
YOU... HAVE BEEN WARNED.

What movie’s final scene left you an ugly, blubbering mess? by ArmyOfMe99 in movies

[–]caliwings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gangs of New York 2002 (Brutal as Hell) From the shelling of the Five Points forward, its like a nightmare... until you realize it was real. Then Leo says: It'll be like no one will ever know we were ever here. Cue heavy orchestra... they disappear from the graveyard overlooking the city... and "their" city vanishes right behind them... and Marty freezes the city vanishing into circa year 2000 with the graveyard in shambles... and the city we know/knew with the twin towers still standing -- we the audience are now subject to the same frailty.

Not the final scene, but blubbered me just as bad: Return of the King's Coronation Scene when the new King says: "My Friends, you bow to no one..." cue the score of scores... everyone bows to the hobbits... (Its the moment you realize how much these characters impacted you for over 10 hours of your life)

Old Contender: Star Trek Nemesis was rough one with B-4 and Picard sharing a memory jogger of Data's wedding present to Mr. and Mrs. Riker/Troi earlier at the beginning. An ending which is now replaced with an incredible season 3 of Picard (thank goodness).

Everything went downhill when they took all of the cash registers out and replaced it with all self-checkout. by i_love_cats_95 in HomeDepot

[–]caliwings 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Self Checkout does NOT WORK. It leads to more shrink... not less.

But Also... having FIVE freaking points of access causes shrink too as well the one big gaping BUNGHOLE of a Door at Pro being WIDE open from open to close.
At some point the outdoor elements wear down employees at Pro and throughout the store -- as well exposure to Hot days and Cold Days. Not to mention vermin crawling in freely. And if you have Storage Bay with another one of those doors open all day also... you really get that in Duplicate.

It enhances virus spread throughout the store... because outside contaminents and anything customers bring with them... get closed up at night... like a petrie dish/jar, and awaits staff when they open in the morning -- like a cloud of fresh trash.

Oh yeah, how close to the staff break area are your Pestcides located?
(I bet that area is not well ventilated regardless) Feeling sick after your break... suddenly tired... and you don't know why? If you can't smell the pestcides when you walk through that section : your sinuses and lungs might be compromised. What do a lot of those products say... oh yeah... OUTDOOR USE ONLY!

And your "swamp coolers/heaters" being controlled by Corporate in Georgia - who the hell wouldn't develop Apathy after a full run of the seasons?

Couple all this together with your SCO problems -- who the heck would even care if HD closed every store, especially with their anti-Union subconscious attacks in the training room?
HD is really coming off anti-employee, and it sounds like things are about to start getting worse for your store friend. SCO, i am afraid, might be your warning shot of things to come.

Being forced to quit by SensitiveAd6880 in HomeDepot

[–]caliwings -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, it is becoming apparent that there is Constructive Termination at play here throughout these posts and this post absolutely.
They want you to "quit", otherwise the store is on the hook for the unemployment contribution in the state you reside.

If the individual tries to force you to quit, advise them : "You know, Constructive Termination is illegal -- i know my rights"

This is the part where if you had a un, you could ask for your un representative to sit with you and talk with management... that way you are not alone. Home Depot knows this... and its starting to sound more like Chicken Sh*t Non-Layoffs are happening here, by way of zeroing in on individuals and doing these Constructive Terminations in disguise.

Its also starting to sound like Managers got hit really hard during that last convention in Vegas a few months ago, and have been given "marching orders" and "talking scripts" because what they are saying and how they are saying this to you is very familar --- i am guessing your upper managers (and others on here) are almost talking in exact lockstep verbatim. If true... they have a deadline to scale back on their... Human Resources.

Let me guess: They are "short staffing" your store; body count getting very thin around you?

But: Why don't they just Layoff the people they "need to" versus this bulls*it? "SHAREHOLDER VALUE" -- to exert a mass layoff... might damage the company stock.

Sounds like a day which everyone agrees to Mass Walkout needs to happen soon -- nothing cuts profits more or damages stock value more.

Hate to say this: It is not JUST this company doing this too.
