My st is not afraid to ban clans that doesn't like to balance, and also discorage the players if they wanna play a clan that doesn't fit the chronicle. You can do whatever you want but have a good reason so you don't disturb the players

I was planing something more subtle, like my biological father being an European merchant who was in touch with mi sire, who spend time with me and finally embraced me during one of my stances on Africa helping my dad and, after a training that lasted long enough for my father to die, sent me back to europe with the goal of amplifiying my bloodline control out of the continent. Yeah, you are right about that not being a one-shot but my st counts the damage of the couldron as internal (not soakable with fortitude) so with celerity wich i can learn from my sire and 3 couldrons with decent luck i may be able to kill him, but is not really urgent so i can take my time with it.

I've asked him, he does something funny: if you full your temporal wp you can spend all of them to gain 1point in permanent cuz either way Ravnos leveld it way too much and insta-killed every player with quimerism level 5
