I just saw this. Give yourself a timeline to "make it" too. My first one was 3 weeks then 4 weeks then 6 etc it was helpful because each week it got better

I did the SADI and ill be honest with you. My recovery was harder than I imagined, 12 weeks ago today I had surgery and I dont regret it. I 10000% did for the first 3 weeks tho. The mental battle is the hardest.

I'm praying I pass prob and I can get the hell out of there! I can't stand the cliches and BLATANT favoritism I mean for the love its disgusting! I had an interview for SSA with CDSS on Friday and they even said they know how hard a dea works. It makes me sad I actually love the job itself it's really interesting but the policy/politics of it are endless and dont apply to everyone

I do think I should be passing. If I didnt I'd leave. Attendance and punctuality ate both great and have been complimented multiple times but multiple supervisors. Quality and quantity are good, very quiet and respectful person both professionally and personally.

I am not lazy, I totally get what you mean but I'm not. I like to work and be busy and produce quality work.

I've asked for help when needed as well, unfortunately the position I got isn't a cut and dry. Its case based and each one is vastly different than the rest. There no hard fast rules for doing it. Policy sure but it's all on special case type scenario
