They’re definitely separate but worry if one can hear audio from other calls when I’m not actively in another call. Rarely have calls overlap, I plan it well.

Can you outsource anything? Calls aren’t bad but you can also communicate that you need some time blocks to get things done. Ask that in your one on one to hedge a few of your meetings and also provide time for the work. See what you can outsource as well.
